Carlos Alberto Meneses Rosales

Coordinator of the Automotive Program of the United States Mexico Foundation for Science (FUMEC), where he has developed programs for the strengthening, technological development, innovation and sustainable integration of SMEs to the automotive chain and for the development of regional ecosystems to support the sector.

 

He is currently working on the design and implementation of programs and centers for the business adoption of Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies; in the development of strategic plans in companies for their alignment to the "New reality" post pandemic and in studies for the migration of manufacturing companies to the electric vehicle value chain. He has been a researcher at the Instituto de Investigaciones Eléctricas and the Centro de Desarrollo Tecnológico of Grupo CARSO and manager of the development of new products in companies of Grupo ICA and Grupo CARSO.

 

He is an electronics engineer graduated from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana with more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of data acquisition systems for industry, wireless networks, energy measurement and full-range simulators for training. As a consultant, he has contributed to the development of commercial products based on embedded systems and has been a professor at the Autonomous University of Morelos and La Salle University.
